2025 Schedule of Fines & Penalties
Post-Competition Forms
Complete all the necessary post-competition forms. Forms can be completed/submitted online using the links below. Printed and completed forms can be scanned and emailed to [email protected].
Post-Show Report - Must be returned to the AEF office within 10 days from the last day of competition.
Steward/TD Report - Only required when a Steward, Technical Delegate, or Course Designer has been hired. Must submit this form to the AEF office within 10 days from the last day of competition.
Judge's Report - Must be returned to the AEF office within 10 days from the last day of competition.
Show Results Submission - Submit completed Show Results Submission forms to record competitor placings for Provincial Circuit year-end awards.
Injury and Accident Report - Submit Injury and Accident reports here. Reports must be submitted within 24 hours after occurrence of the incident.
Wild Rose Medic Report - Submit WR Medic Report here. Reports must be submitted within 10 days of competition. Report to be completed by attending Paramedic
